I feel great!
I have noticed that my sleep patterns have seemed to be regulated since started this and I am not feeling burnt out midday either. Also for ladies wanting "curves," my cousin commented to me that I was picking up weight in the right places. I am buying for my aunt that had a hystorectomy and will report how she feels.

Beware weight gain
Not for everyone! I bought this while trying to concieve. I did feel an energy boost but I also notice I am putting on weight in hip an thigh area (which is rare for me) and am not pleased. I have not done anything differently other than take this product. A quick google on Maca and I did discover that it can cause ladies to put on "curves". Beware.

Always keep some around!!!
This is by far the best brand of MACA I have tried. It gives you a great extra "boost" if energy, while still maintaining a healthy sleep pattern and it has done wonders for my body. I love it.
