could sleep well without it! I couldn't get the great sleep at night that I do without Melatonin . As we age our body depletes itself of this naturally occurring hormone that signals our bodies to rest. So it is very nice and convenient to have this supplement. Does what it's suppose to. This product is much less expensive through vitacost. than what I can get it locally. It makes the difference on whether I can get to sleep or not. It was recommended by my doctor and I'm glad I use it. February 20, 2013
