the name says it all I have tried many multi-vitamins and this is the only one that has made a difference in how I feel and look. I've been using this product for many years because it has everything that I look for in a multi and at the levels that I require. I try to eat well but sometimes it is impossible to get the suggested 5-9 servings of fruits and vegies. I don't worry about it because I know that all my nutrients are covered because of this product. I take 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals because I feel the nutrients are better absorbed this way. Beware of serving size! I've been ordering the "take 1" version and was satisfied. Orderd this larger size, and found out that 6 capsules constitute one serving! Not a great value. September 26, 2008

Really good multiple I have tried many multiple vitamins. This one covers all the bases. I feel better when taking them. Some people might be put off by the 6 caps taken 2 at a time over the course of the day, but I find it easy and comforting to know what I'm being supplied. I don't worry about having a less than perfect diet while taking these. Good price too! February 15, 2008
