Great fiber source. Great source of fiber. After trying several bulk fiber products in various forms, most of which contained some amount of Psyllium, this one finally did what it was supposed to without the bloating and full, uncomfortable feeling I got from the others. Also, if I took a large dose of the psyllium based ones, it would have the reverse effect (constipation). Five tablets of the Natrol Oat Bran each night keeps me regular and feeling like I'm getting my needed dose of daily fiber. Good product and well priced. June 21, 2010
