Good health benefits...BUT.... Many of us know the great health benefits of Quercetin, but as long as these supplements contain magnesium stearate (stearic acid), I steer clear from them! No fillers please....including soy for some of us who can't tolerate it. May 27, 2013

No noticable difference Many claim increased enegy. THis one gave me nothing. For antioxidant power, I'll stick / good old Vitamin C. Nature Made is a good brand for that. March 20, 2009
