No noticable difference
Many claim increased enegy. THis one gave me nothing. For antioxidant power, I'll stick / good old Vitamin C. Nature Made is a good brand for that.

onion in a bottle
Great for overall health as it helps clear your digestive system of mucus. Great source of onion nutrient without the aftertaste and its from a great company.
