I've been looking to replace my A,C,E vitamins with a more affordable product. And for the price you get Copper, Selenium, Zinc, OPAC berries, and Spurilina. Can't go wrong. That's two less pills I need to take. I rated them 4 stars, not five because they were stingy on the vitamin C, they could've left Niacin out since its inoculated in almost everything we it and replaced it with something else. Hmmm, lets see: Alpha Lipoic Acid or Glutamine (would've raised the cost though). And would have liked to have seen Acai in the flavinoid group. But, over-all a real competitor in the category.
