Not Effective I took this for 3 months straight. Measured key body locations every week. Maintained a consistent calorie consumption and saw no difference at all. Actually, it made me feel bloated and produced belching. It may work for some but not me. The pill was VERY large. The price is a little steep as compared to other brands that might be just as effective for those individuals this supplement may benefit. December 9, 2008
