Weird formulation I got these and have not tried them yet, so I am writing this before I know how they work. I definitely like Solgar's formula better. First, I question why a warning not to take more than five consecutive days, and second, why the calcium, and at that, why the cheapest form of calcium (calcium carbonate derived from limestone)? Just not so sure about these and will not buy again due to the cheap calcium carbonate. May 1, 2013

Water Retention down the drain I love using this supplement after eating a very heavy or salty meal. I always swell up if I have too much salt and this is an insta-cure. It keeps my metabolism up and I feel better when I take it. April 24, 2013
