Great way to add protein This is the best tasting whey I have tried. I add it my coffee in the morning for an extra shot of protein. I use a frother and it adds a wonderful rich but mild vanilla flavor. I also add it to oatmeal, dry cereals, and plain yogurt to increase the protein content and taste. It seems to be helping me control sugar cravings and maintain a more consistent energy throughout the day. I am even starting to lose some body fat! March 11, 2009

Best Protein Drink I've Ever Purchased! I cannot eat soy and am allergic to chocolate so was thrilled to find this product that is high in protein and low in carbs.
