Calming and Relaxing I read that Kava Kava is good for muscle tightness in addition to the overall relaxing properties, so I bought some. I can definitely feel the difference when I take it, because sometimes I feel almost drowsy. However, in a particularly stressful time, I can take one or two and it takes the edge off.
