10-20 lbs: 1-1 1/2 cups

20-30 lbs: 1 1/2 - 2 cups

30-40 lbs: 2 - 2 1/2 cups

40-60 lbs: 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 cups

60-80 lbs: 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 cups

80-100 lbs: 4 1/2 - 5 1/4 cups
