Cleans out very well. Effective product. This is the first colon cleansing product I have tried. It produces a lot of gas and cramps, but this is to be expected, especially if your GI system is messed up like mine. It had no adverse effects on my hemorroids. This is a good start if you are new to colon cleansing. It isn't harsh. The smell of the capsules is horrible, so plug your nose. :) January 8, 2009
