Good but does have Fluoride I didn't realize this had fluoride in it and I bought for my 3 year old who still swallows toothpaste sometimes. I must have overlooked it so that's my fault. My daughter has been getting much better at spitting so I have let her try it and it makes her teeth look great! April 10, 2011

Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after meals or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.
Children under 6 years of age: Use a pea-sized amount and instruct in good brushing and rinsing habits.
Children under 2 years: Consult a dentist of doctor.

Ingredients:

Active Ingredients:Sodium Fluoride 0.24% (0.15% w/v fluoride ion) (anticavity)

Inactive Ingredients:
Vegetable glycerin, silica, sorbitol, spring water, xylitol, cocamidopropyl betaine, aloe vera gel, natural flavors, sodium carboxymethyl, cellulose, lycopene, vegetable juice, annatto, xanthan gum, mica, and grapefruit seed extract.
