Good to clean, but do not see any whitening I have been using this toothpaste for quite a while now. I do like the clean feeling it leaves, but I have not noticed any whitening to my teeth whatsoever. The taste does not kill you when brushing and your mouth does not feel like its on fire, which I have experienced with other brands. I also use the mouthwash by Natural Dentist and I prefer that to all others I have ever used. March 27, 2013

Average toothpaste The taste is not really peppermint, but some kind of camphor and cinnamon mix. It's not that pleasant. It does not foam, at all, but that's no problem. It does not seems to be a good whitening toothpaste. I will not repurchase it. February 1, 2012

Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after meals or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.
Children under 6 years of age: Use a pea-sized amount and instruct in good brushing and rinsing habits.
Children under 2 years: Consult a dentist or doctor.

Sodium Fluoride 0.24% (0.15% w/v fluoride ion) (anticavity)

Inactive Ingredients:
Silica, vegetable glycerin, sorbitol, purified water, xylitol, aloe vera gel, cocamidopropyl betaine, cellulose gum, titanium dioxide, natural flavors, xanthan gum, citric acid, and grapefruit seed extract.
