Not sure if I will stick with the brand I know that the right combination of vitamins/minerals, and the right type of D to take as a supplement... What concerns me about this brand is that I cannot tell the origin, and I generally prefer products with food sources. I bought this brand because I was on a budget, am at an age where bone-building is a big concern (before it's too late!) and felt something was better than nothing... When I have the money I will likely purchase something else that I know comes from a food source. It's kind of like eating non-organic fruits and vegetables - taking these is definitely better than none at all, but I am not sure I trust them as the ideal. These are certainly passable, and good to go with if you're on a budget. August 28, 2010
