can feel the energy
Very good product ~ coats the nerve endings so I feel mellow, but energized. (Great for trips home to visit with a house full of relatives!) My tennis pro co-worker was dragging one afternoon, so I offered a tablet to him. His energy returned and he finished giving his lessons with energy to spare. Do not take for a few hours before going to bed. For me, I can't get to sleep until at least 6 hours have passed after I take one. They get me through the "afternoon sleepies", and are a much healthier alternative to caffeine.

time release and natural too
Time release means no jitters and drops - it comes on gently and then tapers off over an extended period of time. I loike that it is natural ingredients. It is slightly more expensive than the non 'natural" time relase product, but still a better buy than in stores, and hey, natural had it's advantages!
