Better than Enzymes I tried this specifically because it has FOS and it works FANTASTIC! I used to take enzymes for eating beans and usually it worked but then I began taking this. No more gas even when I eat yogurt or beans. Love it and the FOS gives an added bonus to intestinal health. I take one a day about 4 or 5 times a week, eat yogurt about that many days, also. My system seems to be in a better groove, more regular and smoother. April 8, 2009
