Prefer the capsules over the packets of granules I had a hard time getting this down - don't know why but even if I gulped it down it just didn't sit well. Capsules are great - take 2 capsules 15 minutes before food and fine. Don't wait too long to eat beyond 15 minutes or you will lose your appetite. Taking as part of Blood Sugar Solution advanced program. Working great! Very happy! February 22, 2013

Put 1 packet of PGX granules in 8 fl oz of cold water or juice and stir briskly. Take 1 to 2 times per day or as directed by a health professional. Drink additional water (8 fl oz) after ingesting. Use consistently before meals or with healthy snacks to greatly reduce appetite and curb food cravings.

PGX mixes instantly in water or juice but may also be added to food such as yogurt, fruit salad, oatmeal or soup.
