Do some reading about the difference between GABA and PharmaGABA. This GABA is made with a fermentation process rather than being synthetic. Also, the research using PharmaGABA is interesting and convincing. Great for sleeping or calming down Works very well. My husband takes 2 capsules to induce sleep. It works within 30 minutes. These are much more effective than Natural Factors GABA Chewables. GABA cheweables' effectiveness isn't long lasting and you develop tolerance for them quickly. April 27, 2009
