Fantastic
I am a busy mom of young children and have had a hard time unwinding at night. I am exhausted but my mind is racing with all the thoughts of what is on my to do list. I find this product effectively erases those thoughts. It does not make me drowsy, but it lets me fall asleep by putting my mind at rest. If I happen to wake up and find my thoughts racing again I just take another dose and within 30 min I am usually back asleep. Great product. No side effects that I know of through internet research.

they changed the formula
I've used this product for 3 years, and loved it, recommending it to friends and family. When I got the latest bottle, however, I found that Natural Factors has changed both the flavor and the sweeteners. When I first tasted the new tablets, I thought I'd gotten a bad batch and could simply exchange it for a different lot number. Then I reviewed the ingredients on the back of the bottle. The formula had been altered. The new flavor for this chewable is composed of several fruit flavors combined. It's simply awful. The orginal citrusy orange/tangerine flavor was great. Natural Factors should have stuck with that, and with dextrose and pure fructose for primary sweeteners, instead of the cane sugar that is now used.
A big mistake was made when this product was changed. What distinguished it from other brands was the great flavor and the fast absorbency via chewing. Now that the flavor is so unappealing, there is no reason to choose this product over that of other companies. I'll be returning the bottle I just bought.
