There was 20% nice white tuna and the rest is just flaky tiny pieces.

It's TUNA (and some water for packing)
No hydrolyzed protein, no added salt (hence the label without salt) no extra other stuff. You get terrific tasting tuna and no additional stuff. Flakes nicely to make tuna salad, and my kitty loves the tuna water! It's the tuna I reach for.

Tastes delicious!
When you open the can Natural Sea White Albacore ... it is it is real tuna... not itty bitty pieces. Has a very good fresh taste. I made tuna salad out of it...and it was delicious!
When you place your Vitacost order... just order yourself a couple of cans.....give it a try... you will be happy you did!!! I sure am!!!:)

Real albacore tuna
I started buying this tuna because albacore tuna at my local supermarkets, now contained "vegetable broth", loaded with chemicals. In addition, the tuna no longer looked like albacore, though it was labeled as such. It's important to check the labels.
