I am so thrilled to finally find a quality tuna that is not packed in a broth that has soy in it - almost all the other brands out there are. The quality is outstanding!

unfair comparison
AJMJ unwittingly complained about the "mushy" quality of Natural Sea's chunk tuna. She was comparing it with albacore she buys which is a totally different part of the fish. I only buy chunk light because it has less mercury. and I always drink the drained broth first for the minerals in it.

Not what I expected
Usually purchase the Wild Planet Albacore tuna. It is far superior to the Natural Sea. Natural Sea is very watery and mushy, similar to a cheap store brand. Will not purchase again.

Quality tuna
100% tuna - no soy and avail with or without salt - I have found both excellent though it's good to avoid too much salt so the no salt tuna is nice. The tuna is from the Ind & Pac oceans which according to an EPA study is the origin of tuna with the lowest mercury. A good product...
