Not that thick
This wasn't as thick as advertised. It is adequate, but if you are looking for a thick, syrupy concentrate (extract), make sure it doesn't say juice on the label. Bernard Jensen's, although more expensive, is excellent. I tried to save a little money and learned that adage is right - you get what you pay for. If you are not looking for a thick concentrate, you will be fine with this or the Vitacost brand for even less money.

I use this as a juice for drinking or as a liquid additive to my smoothies.

Best soda substitution
I give these fruit juice concentrates to family members w/children. The kids think they're getting real soda! They also make good toppings. I also use just a dollop occasionally to flavor water and add to smoothies.

Well..
I mainly brought this product for my Grandfather and Mother because of all it's benefits. Be great for them. Still, I was going to dab in it a little myself. Even though I haven't tried it yet, they def love it and have no complaints! Just very thick of course. We will continue using in differ things and see results as time pass by, but good for now.
