Great results overnight When I take 2 of the Natural Swiss Kriss Herbal pills before bedtime I do not see immediate results the next morning, but when I add 1/2 tsp Herbal laxative bulk to that equation I definitely have results the next morning. Recommended for taking at bedtime. Take half a teaspoon dry on tongue. Wash down with water or your favorite fruit juice. For children: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon according to age.
