"My wife takes this and definitely has help with her hot flashes. If she stops taking it, in a few days the hot flashes return. Otherwise, while on this product daily she is fine. I chose this product in part because it doesn't have the "bad" minerals like lead, aluminum, arsenic, mercury, etc. Do the other products on the market think we don't read labels?"
