Distilled Water Drinker
Our well water is not at all treated. I had begun to drink only distilled water to avoid heavy metal contamination, but wondered about good mineral deficiency, so I tried this. I mix it with a little water and send it "down the hatch".

Best mineral supplement ever
I have used several mineral supplements over the years, but this one is far superior to anything I have used before. I add it to my drinking water and keep drinking it throughout the day, and I can really feel how it is remineralizing my body. The water is so much easier to drink, and my thirst is easily quenched.

Helps with strength
I started taking this product to help reduce muscle cramps while exercising, and to reduce facial twitches during times of stress. This product eliminated both conditions.
An unexpected improvement was an increased sense of strength. I usually have lots of energy, but without the sense of strength it's like drinking too much coffee.
The taste was a pleasant surprise. It tastes mildly like salty citrus - but it's so mild that this liquid could be mixed with anything. I just add it to my drinking water.
