I like the fact that this product is plant sourced.I am following a more organic lifestyle and this product fits the bill. I especially like the capsules as I find them easier to swallow. I am following Dr. Carolyn Deans health modules which recommends using plant sourced vitamins. I noticed right away that this type of B vitamin did not have the strong rather nauseating flavour that the synthetic ones have. I know that the B vitamins are essential in helping magnesium work so I was very excited to get this product and at less than half the price I am used to spending.Just the fact that I don"t burp up that awful synthetic taste makes my day!!!!!!!!!!.

Best B Complex
I like how I feel when taking it daily. I notice it when I don't take it. I was so used to taking tableted B's and then a couple of god-awful tasting liquid B Complexes. That it is derived from plants, like, REAL plants and put into a capsule: I love that. Also, this cap seems to start breaking down even when touching the moisture of my skin, which made me feel better about it than the high-gloss capsules that leave me feeling like they never dissolve (ha ha, I may be alone in that observation, but I find the "normal" ones creepy! Like a time capsule made to withstand forces of nature. This one seems to want to dissolve at the drop of a hat).
I did try to break it open into a glass of water: It's BITTER. SO SO SO BITTER. Keep it in the cap unless you have a tasty smoothie to add it to. I like that I have the choice to ditch the capsule if I want. Whatever they did, I love it. My body loves it.
