Terrible Ordered two bottles of these to last me the remainder of my pregnancy. They are way to big to swallow. And forget trying to if you have nausea at all. Literally made me gag. I put one in water to see what would happen and it was disgusting. It expanded into what seemed like a rubber and did not go way for a couple days and the inside was just a mussy substance that did not dissolve either. I thew it out after two days of waiting to see if it would dissolve. Wish I'd take photos to post on here. September 30, 2012
