Nature's Alchemy 100% Pure Essential Oil Cedarwood -- 0.5 fl oz
Great Moth Repellent
I bought many cedar planks about a year ago to preserve my clothes, and they have lost much of their scent. I read online that cedarwood oil can be rubbed into these planks to "recharge" them. This is working well so far, and cedarwood oil saved a lot of money for me (no need to buy new planks each year).

My experiences with oils from this line have been great. In regards to the cedarwood oil, it is not a scent I would expect. This scent was rather faint and very earthy - not like the cedar chip scent you would smell when wood-chipping or barbecuing. But it is still nice and works great for my husband's homemade deodorant scent and for repelling mosquitoes and ticks.

Resin, not oil
Maybe I got a bad batch, but when nothing came through the dropper cap, I took it off and saw a solid waxy substance, not a liquid. I feel bad about saying so, but I haven't been happy with this company's essential oils in general as the odors usually seem a little "off" to me. I'm still testing brands so may find others I like, but I highly recommend Vitacost's own brand and Aura Cacia .

I bought this oil to help with my cedar blocks and shavings I have and I love it. I am going to use it for other things as well and you can't beat the price for the quality.

I ordered this scent for my home made lotions and to scent my unscented oils. It is not the fragrance that I thought went with my choice. I like a bit more feminine scent. So, I used this in different way.
