ALCOHOL FREE Tincture!!! Black Cohosh was recommended to me by a natural pharmacist a few years ago, along with Evening Primrose or Borage Oil for menopause symptoms. I put 1/2 a dropper full under my tongue for about a minute (tastes great) am & pm, along with Borage Oil caps am & pm. Both of these suppliments completely control my menopause symptoms :D.
