I take one in the morning and at night for 2 weeks out the month and I feel great. They are good quality and arrived fresh and potent.

Very good alkalizing supplement
Besides using the powder form on at least 1 meal per day, I take this twice a day for extra alkalizing and cardio support.

So far so good
So far I like the product, however, It is to early to to notice any side effects or benifits. Maybe in 6 month I may give you a better review.
