Spray is better
Dropper bottles are problematic with B12, as it's necessary to hold the liquid under tongue for several seconds, as opposed to a spray-pump delivery system where there is better coverage under the tongue and it forces the liquid against the cells, so there seems to be better assimilation.
This B12 tastes okay, but I noticed after about a week, it began tasting "off."

Very good product at a very decent price.
Keep it in your mouth as long as possible to absorb. Not hard, as it has very pleasant taste. Fairly fast working.
Order more than one, as this goes fast...
I keep one at home, one at work, and one in the car. Stress on the freeway - get a droppful of vit B!
Will buy again.

Great Tasting!
This is a great tasting liquid B-12 supplement. It works fast also! I use it for an energy increase, and for anxiety issues.

Liquid Vitamin B-12
I've had a great experience with this product. I run at 4:00am 5 days a week and I have a lot more energy during the run after I started taking the Liquid B-12.
Just an overall good feeling...
