"A friend and I are are taking this product together for overall health as well as a little bit of weight loss! I've only been taking it for about a week. I take it in the am with a glass of OJ. I have to hold my nose (ha ha) but the OJ helps a lot!! I don't know about anyone else taking this product and it could be a mind thing, but I feel my appetite supressed. Is it just me? Anyway, the taste isn't that great but for my health I can get over it!
