WOW ,Tastes Great! This is the best tasting mouth wash ever. The cinnamon is too yummy,it tastes like red hot candies. My liitle one sticks her tooth brush in it ,then adds her unflavored squiggle toothpaste. It has the best ,most natural ingredients I seem. I cant recommend this mouth wash enough. If you love cinnamon, get it. May 31, 2013

Nature's Answer PerioWash® Mouthwash Alcohol-Free Cinna Mint Directions

After brushing, rinse and swish vigorously twice a day with 2 capfuls for 30-60 seconds. PerioWash can also be used as a gargle. For best results do not eat or drink for 10 minutes after rinsing. Shake well before use.
