Truly beneficial for healthy gums and tastes great The dentist tried to put my wife on a high-fluoride mouthwash to "improve her gum health." Knowing that fluoride is toxic I encouraged her to use this mouthwash instead. After using this mouthwash for about 45 days she returned to her dentist and her dentist told her that her gums looked much healthier. Great formula and better tasting than the cool mint flavor IMO. Nature's Answer PerioWash® Mouthwash Alcohol-Free Winter Mint Directions

After brushing, rinse and swish vigorously twice a day with 2 capfuls for 30-60 seconds. PerioWash can also be used as a gargle. For best results do not eat or drink for 10 minutes after rinsing. Shake well before use.

Ingredients: Phytoplenolin (centipeda cunninghamii extract), bio-chelated extracts: calendula flower, chamomile flower, echinacea purpurea tops, gotu kola herb, prickly ash bark, olive leaf, grapefruit seed, black walnut green hulls, green tea leaf, goldenseal rhizome, essential oils of peppermint, oregano, rosemary, lavender, cinnamon, clove, lemon balm, eucalyptus & thyme, bio-saponin (quillaia extract, yucca extract, sarsaparilla root extract, wild yam root extract), xylitol, methyl salicylate (wintergreen oil), folic acid, cinnamon, aloe vera (aloe barbadensis), coenzyme Q10 (chlorophyll).
