"I've used a few raspberry leaf products and Nature's Answer seems to be the most effective. I do prefer the alcohol based tincture though this is more personal preference.
This tincture was more effective with breast tenderness than the capsules I used to take. A bit pricey especially if taken according to the dosing on the label but good quality stuff."
