great tasting
I was half-way through my first bottle of this resveratrol before I realized that you are not to just swallow a teaspoon of the mixture. What you need to do is to mix 1 tsp. with an equal amount of water and swish it in your mouth for 30 seconds--it is to be absorbed through the mouth lining. Then you swallow, then drink about 4 oz. of water. I'm not sure I can tell any difference, but it tastes very good and since a bottle has 30 servings, the price is reasonable for resveratrol. I recommend it.

Resveratrol is a chemical constituent that has been isolated from grapes, red wine, blueberries, red berries, and Japanese Knotweed. Muscadine is the species of Grape (berry) known to have the highest concentration of ellagic acid and anthocyanins. Many scientists consider Resveratrol to be a link to cellular longevity and anti-aging. Antioxidants found in Resveratrol are said to protect molecules from oxidative degeneration seen in the aging process according to literature. When Resveratrol enters cells it stimulates production of the SIRT1 enzyme which is said to boost mitochondrial health in muscle and other tissues, which increases energy reserve.
