It works
It does what it is supposed to do and for me it is super critical that it comes in a liquid since I can only take liquids!

Pills vs Liquid
I find that a liquid is much more convenient than a pill for most things. I have been taking Saw Palmetto in pill form for several years and find it VERY effective and recommend it highly. After using Nature's Way liquid for a few weeks I have found it very convenient and equally effective. The only negative is the cost. Although I have not checked in detail, it appears to have a higher daily cost. In my case, I have not decide weather the convenience is worth the added cost.
