Not bad for a tummy ache,

"I actually tried this for a week and even though it does work somewhat, I had the worst stomach ache. I tried taking less, but the effect was dulled. I eventually moved over to NSI scullcap and found it to be a better product."

"this product has an immediate calming effect, i take it before bed and it seems to keep the "mind chatter" at bay. it is also alcohol free, which is a big plus. not great tasting though!"
