This is a powerful relaxant without alcohol. Great 1/2 hour before bed. July 25, 2010
Not bad for a tummy ache I actually tried this for a week and even though it does work somewhat, I had the worst stomach ache. I tried taking less, but the effect was dulled. I eventually moved over to NSI scullcap and found it to be a better product. April 18, 2009
great for anxiety this product has an immediate calming effect, i take it before bed and it seems to keep the "mind chatter" at bay. it is also alcohol free, which is a big plus. not great tasting though! September 12, 2008
