Nature's Answer Tru Cleanse Detoxicant Directions
As a dietary supplement take one tablespoon (15 mL) two times a day with water.
Take 1 tablespoon first thing in the morning, mixed into 1/4 cup of warm water. Take 1 tablespoon undiluted at bedtime at least one hour after eating. It is important to drink plenty of water between meals to assist in elimination. If you find you have any kind of digestive distress, or if you tend to be sensitive, start taking 1 teaspoon per dose, instead of 1 tablespoon. If discomfort continues, discontinue use.
