Nature's Answer Tru Cleanse Fiber Chia Plus Directions
Start by using this formula once a day, at bedtime, or at least 2 hours after the last meal of the day. If well tolerated, add a morning dose. Stir 1 scoop of the powder into at least 6-8 oz. of water or apple juice. Stir or shake vigorously. It is normal for this mixture to "gel" and become thick. Follow the mixture with 8 oz's of water. Drink water throughout the day while using this product.
