Detoxicant: Shake well before each use. Take on an empty stomach. Take one teaspoon twice a day, in the morning and 1/2 hour before bedtime. For best results, squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into a 1/2 glass of water and take first thing in the morning (optional). Follow with 1 tsp. of Bentonite solution mixed into one cup of warm water. For the evening dose, take 2 hours after the last meal. Drink at least 4 glasses of water throughout the day while using White Bentonite Clay.

Capture & Filter: Take 3 capsules daily with lunch. Follow with at least 4 ounces of water or other clear liquid. Some people may find it best to start with one (1) capsule and work up to 3 capsules daily.

Remove & Eliminate: Start by using this formula once a day, at bedtime, or at least 2 hours after the last meal of the day. If well tolerated, add a morning dose. Stir 1 scoop of the powder into at least 6-8 oz. of water or apple juice. Stir or shake vigorously. It is normal for this mixture to "gel" and become thick. Follow the mixture with 8 oz of water.
