The label did not say about the Organic Alcohol...
Did not want to swallow an alcohol under my tongue. Disappointed.

Excellent product !
This is the best progesterone product that I have ever used. Tastes somewhat bitter, but if you use the drops sublingually and follow immediately with water you won't notice the taste very much. The most advantageous characteristic of this product is its effectiveness. I have tried alot of different progesterone products, and this is the only one that has been dependably effective.
