Lifelong constipation solved! I have had lifelong constipation. This herb has solved my problem! It is gentle and works. Initially I took it for about 7 days straight but then backed off. I take it off and on. Not only does it make you go, the stools are soft (which is why it is recommended for hemorroids) but it also cleans out your intestinal walls. A great herb and a value product. really 'moves' ya. Very mild natural laxative. Need at least 2 in order to do hardly anything for me, but it is the most non habit forming herb for this, so I take it on a regular basis. You can add Slippery elm to help coat colon. December 14, 2008
