Great for increasing milk supply
I used this to increase my milk supply while nursing. It worked great. One tip...take enough that your sweat or urine smell like maple syrup LOL! For me that was about 8 a day.

great product
i've read much about fenugreek, how it helps in breastmilk production & mucous stimulation. i also like nature's herbs in that their herbs are non-irradiated, which is very important as herbs that have been irradiated would then contain toxins that one needs to eliminate from his body. i also heard that toxins slow down one's metabolism, & it all makes sense. the only drawback on fenugreek (not on the company) is that it gives one body odor so if one goes to work while taking it, it can get embarrassing.
