I use Vitaspelt pasta in every shape It comes in to make the same recipes I make with white flour pasta and I find it to taste the same. This is a great way to reduce my gluten intake without any flavor sacrifice. Please note spelt flour is not intirely gluten free.

The best choice for non-traditional pasta
I am gluten intolerant and have real trouble digesting traditional hybrid wheat. Vitaspelt pasta does not cause any digestive issues for me. The penne is firm and flavorful. If you love the texture of traditional wheat pasta without the side effects, vitaspelt is a good choice. It has a better texture and flavor than traditional pasta. The white spelt is lighter in texture than the whole spelt products but both are excellent in every way.

Terrific subsitute for wheat pasta.
Cooked this for the first time March 2013 and it taste very good.
