Nature's Life Calcium Citrate and Magnesium Description
Some people may prefer, for optimal benefit, to take the tablets in separate doses during the day. Regular exercise and a healthful diet or dietary supplements providing enough calcium help women maintain good bone health and may reduce their high risk of osteoporosis later in life. Calcium maintains healthy bones better when taken with other minerals, such as magnesium. Calcium also supports the normal function of a healthy cardiovascular system.
As a dietary supplement, take four (4) tablets per day, with food.
Yeast, milk or other dairy products, corn, wheat, gluten, soy, rice, rye, starch, di-calcium phosphate, wax, flavoring, preservatives or coloring.
