Serving Suggestion: Stir 2 rounded tablespoons (12 g) of Nature's Life® Golden Flax Meal™ into 1 cup of water. Drink immediately. Drink an additional glass of water. Always take with adequate fluids. For more flavor and enhanced nutrition, mix with juice, fruits or vegetables, blend and serve. Nature's Life® Golden Flax Meal is safe to use every day and has a delightful nutty taste. Excellent when added to blended fruit drinks or used in cooking and baking as a substitute for wheat, oat bran or wheat germ. You may also add flax meal to casseroles, meat or vegetable patties. Refrigerate after opening: may be frozen.
